Once your account is setup on Oxygen IT,
You are able to view Company Specific Solution, View & Manage your Tickets and Update your Account Profile.
Click on Login to sign into your account
Once you have logged in, you'll have more options on the menu bar.
To Manage your open tickets, click on the Tickets option on the Menu Bar
You'll be able to see your current and pasts tickets in this area
To update your profile, Click Edit Profile under your name
You'll be unable to update your name, contact details and change your password under this area.
